GLENS FALLS — New York Army National Guard soldiers, led by Capt.
Terry Benson of Glens Falls, are traveling to Virginia this weekend to
commemorate the 1862 Battle of Fredericksburg.

About 75 soldiers from Company A, 1st Battalion, 69th Infantry will
visit the historic battlefields as part of the Civil War’s
sesquicentennial observation.
