I would like to tell you about a new website that may be of interest. This website describes the re-discovery of an early pictographic site near Amsterdam, in the Mohawk Valley, which has connections to both Native American history and early inland navigation history.

See the website at: http://www.nysm.nysed.gov/history/paintedrocks/index.html
