UNDERGROUND RAILROAD: DISCOVERIES AND EMERGING STORIES
 
Online registration for the 4th annual UGR history conference is now
available at www.ugrworkshop.com. Bring yourself, your family, your
friends, your colleagues! 
 
Select from 27 great workshops designed for adults and families. Enjoy
Kim Harris' family-friendly opera, Friends of Freedom: An Underground
Railroad Story. Facilities are accessible, teacher verification
certificates will be available, all programming will be under one roof,
and parking is adjacent to the building. Lunch will be arranged by
Duryee AME Zion Church of Schenectady for a small fee. URHPCR members
will receive a discount. Books and Afro-centric items will be available
from vendors. Youth art winners from a contest sponsored by One Hundred
Black Men and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority - Albany (NY) Alumnae Chapter
will be displayed.
