  List,

  A while back there was a discussion on the list regarding digital
preservation with the usual pros and cons. Here is a link to an article
regarding this discussion.  It is somewhat in-depth in that it is full of
linked references to the various statements. I thought that it was worth
sharing with the list. By the way, we store both digital and hard copy and
some of it in two separate physical locations.
