Dr. Mr. Buell,

I don't know about the article to which you refer, but German prisoners
were confined in Rochester, in what is now -- I believe -- Cobb's Hill
Park. The local history division of the Rochester Public Library (part of
the Monroe County Library System) can tell you about that one, I'm sure. I
think the city historian, Dr. Blake McKelvey, coild also help.

                                                                         All
the best, William Ringle
