Ms. Pullen is to be congratulate for her comments.

It might also be noted that Mr. Baker is famous in the library world for
making contrary statements about library practice. I recently was told by
someone who had worked for him at his "newspaper preservation warehouse" in
Maine that the place was a chaotic mess. If this is true, and I do not know
for a fact that it is, perhaps Mr. Baker is better at criticizing that about
which he knows little, but not so good at doing the job well himself.
