French's Gazetteer, 1860,lists a Woodhull Lake, one of the Fulton
chain of lakes, in the town of Wilmurt.

The Gazetteer lists a Woodhull township in Steuben County, formed in
1828 from Troupsburgh and Addison.

Hope this helps.
