I have an inquiry about an historic marker in or near Little Falls, Herkimer County, but cannot find it on the list of NY markers, meaning it my have been erected using non-state funding.

The subject matter deals with "Henry Seeber".

If anyone has knowledge of this marker and can connect the person to either information behind the text or the group that erected it, let me know.
