Another lists a Henry Seeber as a private who fought at Oriskany.

Didin't find anything else on Henry but sounds like the AR Henry Seeber is
your man. Maybe Steven Seeber (e-mail address above) can shed further
light. Sounds like some veterans' or other DAR-type group may be the prime
suspects for the marker. Good luck.
