The Sixth Annual Capital Region Archives Dinner is at 6 PM on the evening of 3 October in the Canfield Casino in Saratoga. Tickets are $30 each, there is a pleasant mixer at 6 PM in a beautiful location, a good meal at 7 PM with a variety of menu choices catered by Panza's Restaurant in Saratoga. Speaker for the evening is Professor James Kettlewell, on the history and renovation of the Canfield Casino.
It will also be the premier of The Way We Were, A Photographic Exhibit of Saratoga County, 1900-1950.
I can tell you that it's a very nice night out and that you'll enjoy it. It's a good opportunity to meet with local historians, records managers, archives fellow travelers, and folks from the public.
Tickets are available from Albany County Clerk Tom Clingan , Saratoga County Clerk Kathy Marchione, and Bethlehem Town Clerk Kathy Newkirk.
