Hello Folks-
I'm working on a project on regional governance. I need info on
how NY defines cities, towns, and villages. I've been doing research, and
I've found that while cities and villages are incorporated municipalities,
towns are often referred to as subdivisions of the county. I gather that
the cities, villages, and towns differ according to the services that each
provides. Can anyone help?
                                        Thanks-
                                                Venkatesh Pai
