Could this possibly be Vic Mason? Vic Mason flew out of Marion, New York as
a crop duster for much of the 1960's. I have no idea what he did prior to his
crop dusting. He might have seen service in WWII. Vic died several years ago
but I believe his widow may still live in Marion. If this is a possibility
for your search let me know and I will check further.

Subject: [NYHIST-L] Air Photos by the "Mason Flying Service"

I have been looking for air photos taken by photographers from airplanes in
the Central New York region.

An early source of photos is "Mason Flying Service" Air Photo from Geneva,
NY. the Geneva Historical Society tells me that the Mason Flying Service
was no longer listed in the Geneva Directory by 1950. I have not been able to
locate anyone that knows what happened to them or where their negatives
might be housed.
