The North East Popular Culture Association (NEPCA), a regional affiliate
of the ACA and the PCA, holds its 20th annual conference in Boston on
October 31-November 1. Proposed panels or papers on any culture studies or
pop culture topics may be submitted (one page abstract and brief CV) by
July 31 to the program chair. New members from New York are especially
