Paul Grondahl will speak about his new book, I Rose Like a Rocket: The Political Education of Theodore Roosevelt, on Wednesday, June 30 at 5:30 pm in the Museum Theater, 1st Floor, Cultural Education Center, Albany, NY.
In his book, the author focuses on young Roosevelt's mastery of the political arts while serving as an assemblyman and governor in Albany.
A book signing and reception will follow Mr. Grondahl's talk. The program is free and open to the public. Sponsored by the Friends of the New York State Library, the New York State Library, and the New York State Writers
Institute.
