When was he in Geneva?. The only census listings I can find are:

  I have a friend researching a Confederate Surgeon named Abel Seymour Baldwin who graduated from Geneva Medical Institute in Geneva, NY His residence is listed as "Ontario." Does anyone on the list know if this is Ontario, New York or Ontario, Canada?
