An observation for any on the list interested in the taste of turtle soup...

Many years ago, while attending college in Missouri, one of the married
students prepared a turtle meal, in order to illustrate his point that the
various parts of a turtle were equivalent in taste to the various portions of meat
found in chicken: Soup was not served at that meal, but his observation in
similarity of tastes was correct, and it's quite possible that turtle soup
would be prepared, and taste much like chicken soup.
