A constituent of mine has asked for help in identifying a photograph, date
unknown. According to a previous owner, the Union Athletic Club was located
"somewhere in the Adirondaks". It is a large frame building, on a hill,
with the name Union Athletic Club above the front porch. In front of the
building is a large group of men, dressed in hunting clothes, and hanging
from the porch are the carcasses of various unlucky animals. A street sign
at the front of the photo appears to read "Thorn St". Any information about
where the Union Athletic Club might have been located would be greatly
appreciated. Thank you.
