For an adult education series on "The Burned Over District: Religion and
Reform in Western New York, 1800-1860" being organized by Rodney Obien,
University Archives, Univ. of Buffalo, for the Westminister Presbyterian
Church in Buffalo for Nov. 1997, we need someone who could address the
general topic of "communitarianism" (Shakers, Oneida, whatever).

The speakers lined up already include Mark Jaede, on Finney and
Revivalism; Chris Densmore on Comeouterism and Religious Ultraism; and
Phil Stevens on Millenialism.
