Does anyone happen to know of the strike in January 1904 against the ice
house or ice houses operated along the Hudson River near Coeymans and New
Baltimore (Albany and Greene counties) by J.N.Briggs? The Briggs company was
in the business of cutting ice from the Hudson River and storing it in large
ice houses for later shipment to New York City. (I have not yet checked the
local newspapers for January 1904.)
