On March 20 I posted a message purporting to direct researchers to an internet site for "out of print books" including antiquarian and used book dealers.  Unfortunately the web address (which sounded innocuous) leads to an internet site containing material that is generally considered offensive.

I apologize for posting this message.  My monitoring of messages includes inspection of linked sites, but I lapsed on this one. I will do my best to make sure that only New York history-related messages and sites are posted to the NYHIST-L discussion list.
