The New York State Civilian Conservation Corps Museum, located at Gilbert Lake State Park in Laurens, is alive and well! Over 7000 people have visited the web site at www.nyscccmuseum.com . Visitors to the exhibits at the Park are treated to 1600 acres of CCC work! The Museum is now raising funds to purchase a "CCC Worker" bronze statue to commemorate the work of the CCC in New York! Join in and donate to the cause. For information, go to the web site.
