Has anyone pursued construction progress photographs for the construction of 
I-95 and other highways?  (Looking specifically for what is now the Bruckner 
Expressway in the Bronx, north of the Tri-borough Bridge.) 

I have waded through most of the links at 
http://www.fhwa.dot.gov/infrastructure/bibis.htm 
without success.   Library of Congress P&P no good either.
