The research room of the New York State Archives and the New York State Library/Manuscripts & Special Collections will be closed to the public on Mon. Aug. 13, 9 a.m.-1 p.m., because of building construction. (The research room is located on the 3rd floor of the Cultural Education Center in downtown Albany.)
