A member of the New York State Library used Dragon-Speak at one time.
It was very time consuming to program her voice pattern.  One has to
repeat things more than once in order for the program to identify the
word.  You also had to take the time to add particular words that might
be specific to your profession.  The program recognizes the more common
words and phrases in the English language anything else, you had to add
yourself.  Even with that the result was sloppy at best.
