Help for Sort By
Defines criteria by which the results of the search are sorted when they are displayed. The following options are available; "Date/Time (Most Recent First)" is the default.
- Date/Time (Most Recent First): Sort by the date and time of the message, most recent message first.
- Date/Time (Chronological): Sort by the date and time of the message, in chronological order.
- Subject (A-Z): Sort by the subject line, in alphabetical order.
- Subject (Z-A): Sort by the subject line, in reverse alphabetical order.
- List name (A-Z): Sort by the name of the list, in alphabetical order.
- List name (Z-A): Sort by the name of the list, in reverse alphabetical order.
