Archives Month: October 2018
Food is the great equalizer, the conversation starter, the builder of community bridges and the common frontier for new explorations!

Food is also the historical chronicler of who we are, where we came from and where we are headed. Western New York has an abundance of food history, a veritable cornucopia of food-related traditions that defines the region's uniquely complex array of cuisines and eateries enjoyed by locals and visitors alike.

Join us in celebrating the food history of Western New York, captured and preserved in the documentary collections of libraries, museums and archives across the region, by taking part in the events listed below and at this link: https://wnylrc.org/archives-month

Oh, and by the way, bon appetit!
