Since there is a light house on the point, wouldn't that be Stony  Point?

idea.  The sail boats and  little steam paddlewheeler are sitting on the water, 
not in it.   The river or lake is glassy, but the sails are full.  The chimney 
on the  right seems to rise right out of the trees.  The picture could  have 
been copied from a print and then the boats added.
