Historic Sites Supervisor

The Farmers’ Museum

 

 

Historic Sites Supervisor is needed at The New York State Historical
Association and The Farmers’ Museum who will be responsible for the
daily management and scheduling of school and general public programs,
including tours and workshops.  The Supervisor will coordinate the
implementation and evaluation of school and public programs associated
with the museums’ two Native American sites, a Seneca log house, and an
Iroquois bark house, and will supervise paid and volunteer interpretive
staff at the two sites.  In addition, this position will work closely
with the Manager of School Programs in the development and
implementation of school and public programs for a broad and diverse
audience.  An appropriate college degree and public programs experience
are required. This position offers a competitive salary and generous
