I very much doubt that anyone has ever assembled such a list.
My guess is that the only way to do so would be to look into each
annual report and track the Commission's members. If I'm
wrong and such a list does exist, would you please share it with
me?

I am trying to locate a list of the the Commissioners
of the New York State Conservation Department (1926 - 1970), and
their dates of service. No luck with a GOOGLE search. Any
ideas?
