Find a copy of John H. Long, ed., New York: Atlas of Historical County Boundaries  (1993). From it I can tell you that Cumberland was a NY county from 1766 to 1777, when it was eliminated because Vermont became independent. It was roughly the e. half of Vermont as far north as Rochester, Vt. (covered Windham and Windsor Counties and a bit of Bennington and Rutland Counties).

Tryon is different. It was created in 1772, and is now (much shrunken) Montgomery County.

As to Wynamick, Vermont historians would be a better source.

I have been unable to find any references to this area.

The County of record at that time was Tryon I believe.

There was also a reference to what appears to be a town or settlement; it is an old hand-written document, but seems to read " Wynamick"
