Looking for any information regarding the Board of Port Wardens - port of
New York. I do know that they existed from about 1870 through the turn of
the century.  I seek anyone with knowledge of the wherabouts of the
official records of this organization.  FYI I have explored the following
without success:
South Street Seaport - Maritime History Library
City Of New York Archives
New York State Archives
