The Fairview Home was acquired in 1956 by Vanderheyden Hall (formerly
known as the Troy Orphan Asylum) and the records,or what records exist for
the Home are with the Vanderheyden Hall archives here in the New York
State Library, Manuscripts and Special Collections. A finding aid for the
V. Hall records is available for a cost of 25 cents per print or probably
about $3.00 (min. charge for photocopy).
