NEW YORK ARCHIVES CONFERENCE

Sessions of interest to historians include:

--Finding Sources for Women's History
--Documenting Disaster: Archival Experiences Following the 9/11
Attacks
--Fleeting Images: Basic Elements of Film and Video
--Bringing Local Public Records to the Public

The conference includes workshops on disaster preparedness and on
archival resources for document-based teaching. Conference attendees may
take a tour of the FDR Library, Hudson Microimaging, or the Vassar
College Library Special Collections.
