I came across a seeming discrepency in the Images of America volume on
Binghamton. The date of the Crandall Houise hotel is given as 'c. 1890' and
a quoted review is given as published in 1885. Nice trick if you can do
it. I'm assuming the review was of a previous hostelry that later became
the Crandall. I don't have e-mail addresses for either of the authors - Ed
Aswad and Suzanne M. Meredith. Can someone solve the puzzle?
