I am forwarding this announcement from the Capital District Preservation Task Force to NYHIST-L.

Moderator, NYHIST-L

Greetings from the Capital District Preservation Task Force.

We have created a new Capital District Preservation Task Force Discussion
List. This is a free, easy-to-use email group service. Please take a moment
to review this message.

This list is to discuss all matters relating to the natural and human
history of the Capital District. This can include announcements, reviews,
postings, requests, dialogue for and against, request for help, meetings,
and anything else relating to the preservation of natural and human history
of the Capital District.

There is a live chat feature (takes a few moments to load, please wait) and
we will host live discussions in the future. You may also upload and
download files, and post photos, post bookmarks of sites you would like
members to visit, a database of names, etc., and the ability to take and
make polls. To learn more about group, please visit
