I cannot verify the authenticity of these, but I do know that the Fulton Historical Society, in Oswego County, has what is reputed to be a
small neck iron, perhaps taken off someone who was fleeing from slavery. Found in the Pennellvile, N.Y., hotel (now demolished), which has
possible UGRR connections. Judy Wellman
