Hi John,

Not sure I brought this to your attention, but thought since you
research Hessians in the AWI, you may be interested.

Acrobat Reader is required to view and zoom into the map for
closer examination. At the below link is a link to download the
free viewer for you particular computer platform as well as the
links to download the two maps.

 I've posted two original maps drawn in 1777 of the following
battles by British forces engineers present at these battles.
