Just wanted to vouvh for the organization, of which I have been a member for several years. It produces an outstanding newsletter.

I am new to the list and I am wondering if any of the list members are
interested in New World Dutch Barns. We have an organization called New
World Dutch Barns Survey 2000 and our goal is to enumerate and record all of
the barns in the Mohawk-Schoharie Valley Corridor. We are NOT constructing a
catalog for "barn shoppers". Our purpose is to locate and record these
rapidly disappearing historical structures. We are members of the Dutch Barn
Preservation Society and the Society for the Preservation of Hudson Valley
Vernacular Architecture, the two major groups concerned with this type of
structure.

We would be interested in hearing from anyone with an interest in NWDBs. If
you do not want to contact us via the list you may contact us at the e-mail
address below.
