Tune in "Modern Marvels" on the History Channel, Monday, August 14 at 10:00 pm for a documentary on the Erie Canal that was taped in the Cultural Education Center in Albany, NY. The History Channel delved into some of the 5 million records on the Erie Canal that are held by the State Archives as well as the collections of the Canal Society of New York State.
