Richard Dodge, an early settler of Johnstown, was a veteran of the
Revolutionary?War and the War of 1812, as well as a merchant,

A dedication ceremony will take place at the grave site at 2 p.m.
Sept. 21, with re-enactors in Revolutionary War and War of 1812 dress.
There will be a mini-encampment with re-enactors performing marching,
musket and cannon drills. A children's artillery drill will be
conducted at 10:45 a.m. and again at 3:15 p.m. There will be other
