Announcement

New York History solicits manuscript submissions for a special issue on the
Seven Years' War in New York, to be published in early 2005.  The theme of
the issue, "The Impact of the Seven Years' War on New York and its
Neighbors," is defined broadly to include any topics concerning the wartime
experiences of Native or colonial populations of New York and communities
along its shared borders with Canada, Pennsylvania, and New England.

Manuscripts should not exceed  4500 words in length and should be submitted
by 1 May 2004 to: Daniel Goodwin, Publications, New York State Historical
Association, Lake Road, Cooperstown, NY 13326 by May 1, 2004
