I was born in Hempstead and my Mom lived there for some time (she is now 80)
and she can not recall any Argo Village, she was wondering if it might be an
apartment complex or a housing development, around what year was this?  I
grew up in Mineola, which is not far from Hempstead, also located in Nassau
County and this is not familiar to me. I will see what else I can find out
for you.
