Temporary work, architectural archives, NYC

I seek an archivist or cataloguer to inventory a large, private collection
of engineering drawings in Manhattan - perhaps 300-500 projects. There is
already a primitive finding aid, but we need to refine it as to exact
address and sometimes as to date, in some cases by examining the drawings
themselves (which exist only on microfilm).

The final finding aid will need to be keyed in in a Wordperfect table.
This will be a project-by-project inventory, not a drawing-by-drawing
inventory.
May take 3-7 days.

No telephone or fax - just US Mail or E-mail replies only, please.
