 I have a document that I am not sure of the terms used , can any one help me
??? public documents states: (?)
"Subscribed  to New York State not less than $500 and 6 per cent interest.
(my family name Bouck ) ",  I do not have the document and am curious about
what it means. when they say he was a subscriber to state fund,s what does
this mean ? Is it a pension ? Thanks Shirley
