I am seeking information regarding the Farmers' Loan and Trust Co., of New
York City. According to several sources, a Mr. Sloan, vice-president of
the company, possessed a large number of 17th- and 18th-century New York
documents. Does anyone have information as to what happened to this
company and the whereabouts of its archives?
