I too would be very interested in learning whether such a fund exist.  II
found four family stones in a cemetery in Frankfort, NY that were in need of
repair.  One had fallen and was almost covered over with grass.  I pulled
some of the sod back to make it more visible but would very much like to have
the entire stone set upright.  Does anyone know someone in that area who
might do this kind of work?  Kathy S.
