The New York State Education Department will be upgrading its Listserv software on the evening of Thurs. Aug. 5. During the time period apx. 7:30-10:30 p.m. the server will not be able to receive and process messages from NYHIST-L subscribers, and will bounce such messages back.

Normal service should resume late evening Thurs. Aug. 5.
