The NYS Archives has a new workshop for local governments and state agencies entitled 'Fugitive Records: How to Regain Custody of Lost Records', which covers legal and practical issues surrounding alienated records.  It is being offered at the Town of Ulysses (Tompkins County) on 11/14th.
