An observation for any on the list interested in the taste of turtle 
soup...
 
Many years ago, while attending college in Missouri, one of the married
 
students prepared a turtle meal, in order to illustrate his point that
the  
various parts of a turtle were equivalent in taste to the various 
portions of meat 
found in chicken:  Soup was not served at  that meal, but his
observation in 
similarity of tastes was correct,  and it's quite possible that turtle
soup 
would be prepared, and taste  much like chicken soup.
