I just bought it yesterday, installed it today, and it IS searchable
(uses some kind of a search engine which I haven't seen before
with Adobe Acrobat 3.0 reader. I've played with it briefly and
would have to say that if you have some idea what you're looking
for, it'll be VERY handy.

CD also includes Colden's History of the Five Nations and
some miscellaneous Munsell tracts.

I discovered that our local university library has the
15 vol. Documents Relating to the Colonial History of
NY, but that they have no index! Was no index printed
for it? And could someone tell me if the CDRom edition
is searchable? Thanks. Daniel
